Bolst Is Expanding to Woodstock

Today, we're excited to officially share some big news:

Bolst is expanding to Woodstock.

For us, this isn't simply about opening another real estate office. It's about investing in a community we believe in, creating new opportunities for the agents who serve it, and continuing to build a brokerage centered on relationships, purpose, and long-term impact.

Since opening our doors in 2021, Bolst has grown into a brokerage of more than 300 agents across Georgia, guided by a simple mission: to elevate life and advance communities.

That mission shapes every decision we make—from the way we support our agents and serve our clients to the way we invest in the communities where we work. It also led us to become Georgia's first and only Certified B Corporation residential real estate brokerage, a distinction that reflects our commitment to balancing business growth with social impact.

As we've continued to grow throughout Metro Atlanta, one community consistently stood out.

Woodstock.

Over the last several years, Woodstock has become one of Georgia's most vibrant places to live, work, and build a business. With a thriving downtown, growing neighborhoods, strong local businesses, and an entrepreneurial spirit, it's easy to understand why so many families are choosing to call Cherokee County home.

Just as importantly, it's a community built on relationships.

That matters to us.

Real estate has never simply been about buying and selling homes. It's about helping people through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. The strongest agents know that lasting success comes from trust, collaboration, and consistently serving people well.

That's why this expansion isn't about adding another pin to a map.

Building More Than an Office

From the beginning, Bolst has believed an office should be more than a place to work.

It should be a place where ideas are shared, relationships are built, new agents gain confidence, experienced agents continue growing, and people genuinely enjoy showing up every day.

We're excited to bring that same philosophy to Woodstock.

Like our Alpharetta location, the Woodstock office will also share space with MMH, continuing an office model that has created a convenient and collaborative environment for agents. While each company operates independently, having brokerage leadership and experienced real estate closing professionals in the same building makes it easier for agents to connect, ask questions, solve problems, and move transactions forward.

Leadership That Puts Agents First

The Woodstock office will be led by Managing Broker Romie White, whose leadership philosophy centers on relationships, transparency, and helping agents build sustainable businesses they genuinely enjoy.

She'll be joined by Assistant Broker Amy Spence, along with the broader Bolst leadership team, creating an environment where agents have access to experienced guidance, practical support, and a team invested in their long-term success.
