Bolst Gives Back

Bolst Gives Back

300 Atlanta Agents Unite to Award $110,000 in Matching Grants for Giving Tuesday

The Atlanta-based brokerage Bolst, home to more than 300 purpose-driven agents, is awarding $110,000 in Giving Tuesday matching grants to six nonprofits advancing long-term housing solutions across the region. Through the Bolst Foundation’s collective giving initiative, grants ranging from $10,000 to $30,000 will support transitional housing and supportive programs that create pathways to permanent housing, directly impacting more than 400 people. This season’s recipients include Hope Atlanta, Homestretch, Andrew P. Stewart Center, Atlanta Land Trust, Gateway Center, and Georgia Works, each launching a matching challenge on Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025. Guided by the belief that real estate can be a force for good, Bolst’s agents continue to align everyday business with measurable community impact.

Every home sold with Bolst provides $100+ to support our unhoused neighbors across metro Atlanta.

How Matching Works

1
Bolst Awards the Grant
Each grant recipient has applied and selected through a committee. We thoughtfully considered the focus of serving unhoused and potential project impact.
2
Community Matches on Giving Tuesday
Each organization will maximize their grant amount and reach out to their supporters for additional funding to support their specific projects. Matching grants have proven to be successful and strategic.
3
Nonprofits Scale Impact
The hope is that each organization will increase giving and in return will maximize their impact and service in the community. More Resources will create more impact.

“We exist to build a better Atlanta. This initiative reflects our agents’ shared commitment to give back to the communities we serve.”

-Justin Landis
