Julie Caricato brings more than two decades of real estate leadership to her role as Managing Broker for Bolst, blending high-level management expertise with hands-on industry experience. She has successfully managed multiple offices for several nationally recognized real estate brands, consistently driving agent growth, profitability, and market presence.
Julie launched her real estate career in 2001, specializing in land sales, subdivision development, and builder partnerships. By the mid-2000s, she had become a top-producing team leader within a national firm, representing over a dozen builders and managing a mix of new construction and residential resale transactions. Following the 2008 market shift, Julie transitioned into brokerage leadership, spending the next decade recruiting, coaching, and mentoring agents while maintaining her own strong book of business.
Amy Spence serves as the Assistant Broker for Bolst. She brings over a decade of experience as a Top-Producing agent with the Justin Landis Group and a genuine passion for helping new agents succeed. As Assistant Broker, Amy leads agents onboarding, supports in recruiting and serves as an additional resource for guidance.
Amy will continue to also lead in all aspects of buying and selling homes in the Atlanta Metro Area- with a special emphasis and expertise in the North Metropolitan Suburbs. She's an energetic, efficient agent who is determined to make the home buying and selling process less stressful and more pleasant. She combines 13 years of Real Estate expertise with a genuine interest in her client's needs and goals to deliver results and a “Five Star Experience” for them! Amy's approach is sensible and proactive - with the tenacity and endurance of an athlete to succeed for her clients no matter what the circumstances may be.
