Cathryn is the qualifying broker for Bolst and managing broker for our Atlanta office. As an experienced agent herself, she helps Bolst's agents stay sharp on market trends, industry best practices, and strategies for effectively advocating for their clients. When not supporting agents in her role as broker, Cathryn loves staying in the heart of the action - working directly with her network of current and past clients.
Cathryn combines her passion for Atlanta's diverse neighborhoods and suburbs with her legal background and experience as a managing broker to deliver exceptional results. After practicing law in Atlanta, she discovered her true calling in real estate: advocating for buyers and sellers and helping them turn their goals into reality, and best of all...having fun along the way! Amy Spence serves as the Assistant Broker for Bolst. She brings over a decade of experience as a Top-Producing agent with the Justin Landis Group and a genuine passion for helping new agents succeed. As Assistant Broker, Amy leads agents onboarding, supports in recruiting and serves as an additional resource for guidance.
Amy will continue to also lead in all aspects of buying and selling homes in the Atlanta Metro Area- with a special emphasis and expertise in the North Metropolitan Suburbs. She's an energetic, efficient agent who is determined to make the home buying and selling process less stressful and more pleasant. She combines 13 years of Real Estate expertise with a genuine interest in her client's needs and goals to deliver results and a “Five Star Experience” for them! Amy's approach is sensible and proactive - with the tenacity and endurance of an athlete to succeed for her clients no matter what the circumstances may be.
