Comprehensive Listing Support


What We Do For You

  • Enter listing in FMLS and GAMLS
  • Upload all photos to FMLS and GAMLS with captions
  • Attach property disclosure, etc. via Remine
  • Assign a Supra Lockbox to the listing
  • Set up Showing Time with basic details unless specific details are communicated
  • Provide Listing Flyer for in-home marketing or social media purposes
  • Post an Open House throughout the home’s time on market
  • Post an Agent Caravan throughout the home’s time on market
  • Complete price adjustments throughout the home’s time on market
  • Submit withdrawal forms to FMLS and GAMLS when needed

Your Role in the Process


What We Need From You

  • At least 36 hours notice required (see RUSH Fees under Additional Details)
  • All listing paperwork completed at least 24 hours prior to listing going live
  • Photos & description submitted no later than 12 pm the day before the listing goes live
  • All login information must be provided in the Agent Information Form

Pricing & Important Guidelines


Additional Details

  • Cost: $100 per listing
  • RUSH FEEs: Less than 36 hours notice or photos received day of listing live date +$50 Same day requests require acceptance and are determined based on availability +$100 (Get Your Listing Live Form submitted no later than 9am day of and all information provided prior to 3pm day of)
  • If also utilizing the Bolst full service contract to close coordination, a reduced cost of $50 per listing
  • Service is available normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
  • Time restraints listed above refer to normal business days only (if a listing is requested over the weekend, the soonest it will go live is Tuesday)
  • No listings will go live on major holidays or weekends
