For the Agent on the Rise
Elevate and Advance is the most comprehensive real estate training program in Georgia. It combines a wealth of online resources with in-person workshops to ensure that agents leave each lesson with practical and applied information. It was created by and is taught by agents who are still in production. It will provide you the tools you need to grow your client base, build your business, and execute a transaction at the highest level. We are constantly updating the curriculum to provide agents with the most current information and cutting edge tactics to win in an ever changing market.
Elevate and Advance is for new to novice residential real estate agents. At Bolst, it is required for any agent that has done fewer than five transactions. Even for agents with experience, E&A will prove useful to help you fine-tune your process, unlearn bad habits, and serve your clients at a higher level.
Bolst’s Director of Training, our Certified Instructors, and our Managing Broker will all be available to assist you outside of class. We will be glad to help you strategize and analyze your paperwork before you send it to your clients. The online platform will also be available to you. It has proven to be an incredibly valuable resource for your reference as you work through a transaction.
The first 18 sessions of E&A will count as your post-license requirement.
