Bolst Real Estate is proud to announce the addition of Jeff Shinabarger as Fractional Chief Purpose Officer.
In this role, Jeff will lead philanthropic initiatives and volunteer opportunities across Bolst’s corporate social responsibility program and its nonprofit foundation, Good Key, which is dedicated to fighting homelessness and creating housing equity in Metro Atlanta.
Jeff is a recognized social entrepreneur, author, podcaster, and the founder of Plywood People, an organization that has trained and advised over 1,200 social impact leaders worldwide. As host of The Social Impact Leader Podcast, Jeff has shared conversations with pioneers in business, sports, activism, and entertainment, exploring the balance between empathy and productivity. His expertise in vision casting, leadership, and sustaining social enterprises has been featured in national outlets including CNN, Forbes, The Today Show, and The Huffington Post.
Jeff is also the author of several books, including Love or Work (co-authored with his wife Andre), Yes or No, and More or Less, each tackling the intersections of meaningful work, decision-making, and generosity. He has collaborated with brands like Chick-fil-A, Catalyst, and fab’rik to bring fresh, socially-conscious perspectives to business and community engagement.
At Bolst, Jeff will channel his passion and experience into advancing Good Key’s programs and partnerships with organizations such as the Gateway Center, HOPE Atlanta, and Homestretch. Through these collective efforts, Good Key continues to expand opportunities for housing accessibility while engaging Bolst’s agents and partners in purposeful service.
Jeff lives in East Atlanta with his wife Andre, daughter Jada, son Neko, and their dog Josie.
