Romie White serves as Managing Broker of Bolst’s Woodstock office, bringing more than a decade of real estate experience, brokerage leadership, and a proven track record of helping agents, teams, and clients succeed. Her experience spans agent development, recruiting, brokerage operations, business growth, and strategic partnerships.
Romie began her real estate career with one of Atlanta’s most established luxury brokerages, where she spent nine years developing deep market expertise while helping grow one of the region’s highest-producing real estate teams. She later served as a Qualifying Broker, helping launch and establish a brokerage while supporting agents, developing systems, and creating opportunities for long-term growth.
Throughout her career, Romie has built a reputation for bringing people together and creating environments where both businesses and individuals can thrive. She is passionate about helping agents build sustainable businesses, grow their confidence, and develop careers they can be proud of while ensuring their clients receive an exceptional real estate experience.
As Managing Broker of Bolst Woodstock, Romie brings that same relationship-driven approach to building the new office and supporting the agents within it. Her leadership is grounded in trust, continuous improvement, and a commitment to creating lasting opportunities for agents, clients, and the Woodstock community.
Amy Spence serves as the Assistant Broker for Bolst. She brings over a decade of experience as a Top-Producing agent with the Justin Landis Group and a genuine passion for helping new agents succeed. As Assistant Broker, Amy leads agents onboarding, supports in recruiting and serves as an additional resource for guidance.
Amy will continue to also lead in all aspects of buying and selling homes in the Atlanta Metro Area- with a special emphasis and expertise in the North Metropolitan Suburbs. She's an energetic, efficient agent who is determined to make the home buying and selling process less stressful and more pleasant. She combines 13 years of Real Estate expertise with a genuine interest in her client's needs and goals to deliver results and a “Five Star Experience” for them! Amy's approach is sensible and proactive - with the tenacity and endurance of an athlete to succeed for her clients no matter what the circumstances may be.
