About Stephen Walters

Stephen Walters is a REALTOR® serving Roswell and the greater Metro Atlanta area with a thoughtful, client-first approach. A Roswell resident for more than 15 years, Stephen brings deep local knowledge of the community and surrounding markets, including Alpharetta, Milton, and Cumming.

Before transitioning into real estate, Stephen built a 15+ year career in corporate marketing, specializing in product marketing and competitive positioning. His background provides a data-driven, strategic perspective, helping clients understand value, evaluate options clearly, and make informed decisions throughout the buying and selling process. 

Drawing on his own experience buying, renovating, and improving multiple homes, Stephen brings a practical, hands-on understanding of how value is created and how smart decisions pay off over time. He is known for being well-prepared, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a focus on clear communication and long-term trust.

Outside of real estate, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, their two daughters, Olivia and Kate, and their two dogs, Brody and Moe. An avid runner, you can often spot Stephen running around Roswell on most days. He also loves coaching his daughters’ sports and can frequently be found at the AYSA fields during the season.
