About Lilliana Torrez

Growing up, I was raised to believe homeownership was something only wealthy people could achieve. My mom and I would drive through beautiful neighborhoods admiring the homes and imagining the lives being lived inside them. We would daydream about what it must feel like to finally have a place to truly call your own. Looking back now, those moments shaped so much of who I am and played a huge role in why I chose real estate.

As I got older, I realized that dream wasn’t as out of reach. With the right guidance and support, homeownership is far more possible than many of us are taught to believe. To me, real estate is about helping people step into new chapters of life with confidence, whether they’re starting over, building something for their family, investing, or finally finding a place that feels right for them.

I also understand that a home is never “just a house.” It holds memories, laughter, hard seasons, growth, and pieces of someone’s story. That’s why I believe every client deserves a real estate partner who approaches the process with care, attention to detail, and genuine dedication. As a bilingual agent, I’m proud to connect with and serve a diverse community across Georgia. My goal is to make every client feel fully represented and supported throughout the process while handling every transaction with the same level of care, strategy, and advocacy I would want for my own.
