About Lanier Ward

Drawing from a background in ministry, Lanier Ward seeks to provide each client with wise counsel, care, and compassion. Real estate transactions often involve so much more than transferring title and making a down payment. Sometimes it's selling a childhood home; other times it's buying the home in which your family will begin. Lanier brings patience, discernment, and attention to detail that make the emotional process of buying or selling a home as rewarding as possible.

Lanier believes his job goes far beyond showing properties and preparing contracts. He aims to give "concierge" service to his clients to make the process of moving in, moving out, or getting settled in a new place smooth and stress-free. He brings his network of vetted contractors, movers, and other professionals to the table, and the service doesn't stop at closing. Lanier doesn't believe in past clients; he continues to serve and be a lifelong resource ready to help.

When he's not working, Lanier is an active member at his church, loves to coach his kids in whatever they are doing at the moment, and he tries to sneak in some golf when the opportunity arises.
