About John Ryan Alexander

An Atlantan through and through, John Ryan Alexander attended the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and earned his real estate license at the ripe old age of 18. He’s been serving intown Atlanta neighborhoods ever since, selling over 130 homes during his 17-year real estate career.

With experience in both sales and valuation, John Ryan specializes in historic properties, new construction, investment properties, and educating first time home buyers about the buying process. He’s in it for that special moment when clients fall in love with a new home. 

An unapologetic goofball at the office, John Ryan loves traveling, spending time outside with his dog, Jonah, and seeing live music. When he’s not scouring listings and returning client phone calls, he’s busy rehabbing his 19-teens bungalow in Grant Park—home to too many house plants to count.
