About Hannah Gradolf

Born and raised in Athens, Georgia, Hannah graduated from the University of Georgia in 2011. Go Dawgs! She then spent seven years in Colorado, calling Telluride, Boulder, and Denver home while building a successful career in events and hospitality. After meeting her husband, Jeff, an Atlanta native, they returned to Georgia in 2018 and live in the historic neighborhood of Grant Park with their toddler, Owen, and Golden Retriever, Rylie who keeps them on their toes!

Hannah brings over 15 years of experience in client service and has been a trusted real estate professional since 2020.
