Erika Brown is the Co-Founder of Bolst and CEO of Strive Real Estate, bringing deep expertise and a purpose-driven approach to every corner of the industry. A proud Texas native who fell in love with Atlanta, Erika purchased her first home in the Historic West End in 2010—and left a successful career in bank management to serve the community that inspired her.

Since then, Erika has built a multifaceted real estate career representing buyers, sellers, and investors, with hands-on experience in both residential transactions and financing. Her passion lies in helping others—especially women of color—build long-term wealth through real estate, and she continues to teach, mentor, and lead with that mission at the heart of her work.
