About Amy Spence

Amy Spence serves as the Assistant Broker for Bolst. She brings over a decade of experience as a Top-Producing agent with the Justin Landis Group and a genuine passion for helping new agents succeed. As Assistant Broker, Amy leads agents onboarding, supports in recruiting and serves as an additional resource for guidance.

Amy will continue to also lead in all aspects of buying and selling homes in the Atlanta Metro Area- with a special emphasis and expertise in the North Metropolitan Suburbs. She's an energetic, efficient agent who is determined to make the home buying and selling process less stressful and more pleasant. She combines 13 years of Real Estate expertise with a genuine interest in her client's needs and goals to deliver results and a “Five Star Experience” for them! Amy's approach is sensible and proactive - with the tenacity and endurance of an athlete to succeed for her clients no matter what the circumstances may be. Her personal mission is to serve with loyalty, responsiveness, market expertise, unwavering professionalism and generosity. 

While serving clients is one of Amy's highest priorities, she's also extremely dedicated to her family and community. She's a PROUD mother of two young men, one a Professional Photographer, and the other a Submarine Electronics and Navigation Technician for the United States Navy. Her family recently expanded by one when she rescued the most handsome Bulldog, Oscar. With any free time, Amy enjoys reading, and being active outdoors - especially Running, Hiking, Paddleboarding and Pickleball! One fun fact about Amy is that she appeared in an episode of HGTV House Hunters!! She's also honored to have served a mission in Costa Rica and various other organizations around Atlanta.
