About Adrienne Sherwood

Adrienne was born in Tampa, Florida and moved to Atlanta in 2000. She bought her first house in Old Fourth Ward in 2014 and fell in love with the empowering sense of ownership and community that homeownership offers. With her personal knowledge as a buyer, homeowner and investor - coupled with a passion to help others reach their homeownership goals - she became a REALTOR® in 2017. Adrienne has been a Top Producer since 2018 and the top down payment assistance agent for consecutive years with Atlanta Housing Authority and Invest Atlanta. She is also a real estate investor with experience in house hacking, step-up method, fix & flip, out of state investing and buy & hold. Adrienne currently lives in Smyrna with her husband, son and daughter. When she’s not working you can find her watching the Atlanta Braves, planning the next fun trip, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen.
