At the end of 2025, we shared a few stats with our team but one really stood out: total GCI grew 14% year over year, and agent GCI grew 15%.

On paper, it’s just numbers. But the story behind them is what really matters.

When we started Bolst, we had many goals but two guided everything we did:

  • Build a real estate company driven by purpose.

  • Never forget: “built for agents, by agents.”

Growth can happen in many ways. You can grow by adding agents. You can grow by chasing deals.

But numbers like these tell a different story. They show that even as we’re still learning, we’re growing with intention. That we’re creating an environment where agents don’t just survive, they thrive. That our agents’ success is the true driver behind our growth. That our mission and systems actually work.

We didn’t hit these numbers by accident. We achieved them by staying true to our values: supporting agents, building community, and keeping purpose at the center of everything we do.

The lesson is clear: growth isn’t just about what’s on a spreadsheet. It’s about how you get there.
