About Mehrnush Saadat

Born in New York but calling Atlanta home for more than 30 years, Mehrnush Saadat has deep roots in the metro area and a true passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market. She purchased her first home in Kennesaw in 2005 and has been guiding buyers and sellers ever since.

Mehrnush brings a unique combination of legal expertise, business experience, and real estate knowledge to every transaction. A licensed Realtor® with experience in residential, condominium, land, and commercial sales, she helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

A graduate of Kennesaw State University (B.A., 2004) and Georgia State University (J.D., 2014), Mehrnush is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the State Bar of Georgia, and the American Bar Association. Her corporate experience in sales, management, and marketing gives her a strategic edge in negotiations and marketing homes effectively.

Currently residing in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, Mehrnush enjoys exploring local restaurants, walking the Beltline, spending time in Piedmont Park, and appreciating the vibrant architectural landscape of intown neighborhoods. Her intimate knowledge of Atlanta and commitment to client satisfaction make her a trusted guide for all things real estate.
