Originally from New York, Lia first lived in Douglasville, GA, then moved through several states before ultimately re‑settling in the metro Atlanta area—an experience that gives her a personal understanding of relocation and what it means to find the right community. She brings ten years of experience in commercial and residential construction, project management, and MEP commissioning, offering clients a uniquely technical and detail‑driven perspective.

Lia is known for her strong communication and her ability to keep complex processes organized and stress‑free. Her background in documenting project details and coordinating stakeholders translates seamlessly into guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through inspections, negotiations, and due diligence. Recognized as one of EC&M’s 30 Under 30 All Stars, she blends technical expertise with a passion for helping clients find the right home.

When she’s not supporting clients, Lia enjoys hiking, kayaking, meeting people, and exploring new restaurants across Atlanta.
