Dr. Charner L. Rodgers brings a wealth of experience and insight to her role as Bolst’s Fractional Diversity Officer. With a distinguished background in architecture, engineering, and construction management, she has spent over two decades leading inclusive strategies across both academic and corporate environments.
Before joining Bolst, Dr. Rodgers served as Development Director of Business Diversity at McDonald’s, where she oversaw the implementation of national DEI strategies. Her academic leadership includes more than a decade as a professor at institutions such as Tuskegee University and NewSchool of Architecture & Design, with a focus on industry partnerships and mentoring the next generation of professionals. She also led CLR Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Dr. Rodgers’ practical experience includes roles with Kennesaw State University, Rodgers & Rodgers General Contractors, and the Georgia Department of Transportation—giving her a deep understanding of how thoughtful planning and inclusive leadership impact communities at every level.
She holds a PhD in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Engineering from Tennessee State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from The University of Memphis.
